Yenniffer Delgado

Yenniffer’s practice focuses on business law and litigation. Yenniffer has extensive experience in transactional matters and business law, and she represents several small businesses as external general counsel.

As external counsel, Yenniffer manages all legal, risk, and compliance issues and engages in complex transactions on behalf of the company. Such work includes providing day­to­day counseling and advice on all aspects of the business, determining exposure and liability, best business practices, procuring and negotiating multi­million dollar contracts, and compliance reviews. Yenniffer previously served as general counsel to an international insurance claims company and a local real estate development firm.

In addition to transactional matters, Yenniffer has extensive courtroom experience as a business litigator. Yenniffer counsels and represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as before local, state, and federal agencies. Yenniffer is well known for her legal strategic skills and as an attorney who deeply considers every available legal avenue, and how to best achieve her client’s best interests.

Yenniffer is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and the Honors College at Florida International University. Yenniffer has held leadership positions in the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the board of directors for the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce. Yenniffer served as President of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association and the co­-chair of the Multi­Bar Leadership Council. Yenniffer is also fluent in Spanish.
