Yasha Heidari

Yasha Heidari is a founding member of Heidari Power Law Group LLC (H&P). Yasha serves as counsel for individuals and companies of all sizes, in all phases of civil litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitration, mediation, and appeals. Yasha is well known as a smart, driven, and focused attorney, who consistently achieves favorable results.

Yasha has given expert legal commentary, lectures, and seminars in many areas of the law, including best business practices, administrative and regulatory law, civil trial practice and strategy, and niche areas of Georgia law. Prior to founding H&P, Yasha worked at a well­-respected mid­sized boutique litigation law firm. He also served as senior legal counsel to the Georgia State Ethics Commission, where he prosecuted ethics violations and drafted regulatory opinions.

Yasha holds a juris doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as Senior Editor on the Emory International Law Review. He has been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Sigma Tau, and Pi Sigma Alpha. Yasha received his undergraduate degree from Emory University, where he graduated with high honors and in the top 3% of his class.
